Beautifully scented, Hyacinths will flower outdoors in March and April adding fragrance and vivid blocks of colour to a spring display. Hyacinths will flower when planted in any type of garden soil and thrive in full sun or light shade.
For a long, successful display in subsequent years it is best to lift the bulbs after their foliage has died down and store them in dry peat until planting time comes around again.
